Service cut on contract for no reason - 1 week

My service was cut as off last week Tuesday. I currently have a contract with Telkom Mobile, and my account is in order. The service was cut for no apparent reason. I called the contact centre and was advised it would take 48 hours to be resolved. After 48 hours none was resolved. I called in again and was advised that it moved over to billing, and the 48 hours was just for technical, and now they would need another 48 hours for billing to get back. They operating like clowns, and such bad service. After the next 48 hours my service is still disconnected. I called in and was advised that it is still with billing, and they not sure how long it will take to resolve. I have been for a week if not longer without any service. I use my data every day, and have been impacted and suffered loss, as I had to purchase a modem and data from another network provider. In addition I am still paying for the service as it is contract, and I wonder if I will be re-imbursed for this mess up and for one week with no data. Incompetent Telkom Mobile are!!!
