On the 29/03/13 i went to add a data bundle to my contract. I was advised that this request will be added in 24 hours. My internet service then got turned off 2 hrs later after leaving the Canal walk store. On the 30/03/13 I went to the Kenilworth Centre store to only find out that they have not put a request through to add a data bundle but to turn off my internet service! I was then told that they will put a request through to turn my mobile data back on in the next 24 hours. On the 31/03/13 24 hours later i still had no internet and went back to the Kenilworth centre store which called the support office to have my internet turned back on. I was without internet for a whole weekend!!
On the 28/04/13 i went to the Kenilworth store again to find out what my monthly bill is because i do NOT receive a postal bill, To find out that the initial request for a data bundle was not put through! And when they done it my internet was turned off AGAIN!! The 29/04/13 I went back to the store to have my internet turned on and this was done 3 hours later only to find my internet turned off again on the 30/04/13 and since then I have no Internet service. STILL WAITING, NO HELP FROM AUTOPAGE!!!
