Dear sir/madam,

I have a complaint about my invoice. I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS CORRECT. I have NEVER had an invoice over R3000 during the past 36 months, and my cellphone usage has not changed during the past month. SO WHERE DOES THIS R7500 INVOICE COME FROM? I have previously asked for itemised billing (but so far never received one), even though i have signed for one in your mtn shops last year. It is strange this happens on the same month that do an upgrade! I have been a customer with you since 1997, but now i am seriously thinking about cancelling my contract immediatley.
