During May 2013 I upgraded from Blackberry open line contract to Samsung S4 Top-up 200 contract. My billing account has been a huge mess eversince I upgraded during May. I visited Get Mobile during May to confirm is everything is in order with the upgrade as I received an R800 account for May which was not according to our agreement of top-up. The same happended during June and Augusts again. My normal usage on my phone was R300-R400 a month for May, June it went to R800-R1600. When I received my account and invoice it was evident that I was overcharged on my account on calls and data usage. I sent an email to Christiaan stating everything and the proof of invoice he also confirmed that I was overcharged on usage whilst there is still available. Thus far I have not received any confirmation of feedback on email sent on 1 July 2013 and MTN confirmed that my account is still a open line and not top-up as requested and signed for. I emailed my marriage certificate with the above mentioned email so that my details can be changed that has not happend yet.
