Here we go again! Cell C says my credit's been passed on my account & i only owe R7.02. Great! BUT when the invoice comes it doesn't reflect credit, so i query it. Then i look again, all itemised billing lines for the month are dated 30/12/2012, so i query that too. I get email saying it was a general error with itemised dates & is being fixed, will send new statement out. Great! BUT, when Cell C call to find out bout my query, not only do they know nothing of the date stamp issue, but also cannot understand what i mean by "i'm waiting for my credit to reflect before i pay anything". I get asked why i haven't paid the R182.71 on invoice - um, that's cos i don't owe it - i only owe R7.02!! Then get told that he doesn't know what i mean bout the same date stamp on all transactions on invoice. Now i am sorry but if you're looking at the invoice & i'm looking at the invoice, why are we not seeing the same thing? I'm NOT paying ANYTHING till my invoice has been corrected with correct date stamp on itemised billing and also the credit is reflecting on the invoice. I also see there are 185 data call adding to R12, but i have 100Meg bundle on that contract!? No one can answer that eithe
