8ta charging me incorrectly

2 weeks ago I went to the 8ta store to rectify an error they made on my 10g per month contract. They firstly were not sending my invoices to the email address I specified when I signed for the contract, and secondly were charging me an amount of R17 extra for itemised billing which I did not request for. I went to the store, and after a painful 30 minute wait and discussion with the consultant, he assured me, that I would receive email invoice and no longer be charged the R17. In addition he put through a request to refund me for the months I was charged Itemised billing, and never requested this, nor received these bills. My debit order went through, and i am still being charge the R17 and still have never received an invoice to date. This is unacceptable, and 8ta wasted my time by going in store and doing nothing to correct it
