So having waited 3 weeks now i still have nor received my latest invoice and itemised billing. First call logged 2013/03/06 and that email was forwarded to Gerald Alexander to send me my invoice. To date nothing. Plus going further back I have a call logged ref number 1827850. This is outstanding over a month...
All I want to know is where my 75mb data bundle is and why I do not have it? And my latest invoice would be nice. This should not take months!!!
