Useless support from MTN SP Insurance

I tried phoning MTN SP Insurance to cancel a phone that I have insured, after going through all the automated responses I get told u will be put on hold for an operator. 15 min later i am still on hold??? I thought maybe something had gone wrong lets try again. Once again i left the phone on speaker and carried on my business after 25min and STILL NO ANSWER I actually give up. How is a person supposed to get in touch with the right people. I phoned a branch and their over willingness and helpful attitude was I don't know phone the call center. REALLY??? After I just explained I was having a problem with that exact process. No I sit carrying on paying for a service I don't need because of a lack of service. Great way of making money, I will admit that much.
