Do MTN care about there customers?

For all those wanting to take out a contract of buy a phone, beware!!!

If you thinking of going to MTN, here are just some of the comments form there happy customers (customer service is an obvious priority for them):

MTN fails to deliver on their promise
Incompetent
Very bad service from MTN again!!!
Disappointed.
MTN just ignores the problem.

and so it goes on!!!

I have been trying to blacklist my phone for over three weeks, what response do I get from MTN? "There is a problem and we have escalated the call"

Once they have you money, they don't give a s@*#!
