No response since previous "escalation" a week ago

It's now a week since I rcvd a message from Vodacom advising that they would escalate my problem which I posted on this website on 21 Aug 2013, and havent heard a thing since. Seems like "escalated" service is a continuation of the standard service.

Is this honestly as good as it gets for your so-called "Platinum" customers? If it were my company heads would gave rolled - I promise you.

I will give you one final opportunity to resolve this issue - by resolve I mean you deliver to me my repaired phone or deliver to me a new phone by close of business Wednesday 04 September 2013. If you cannot do this then please close all of my accounts with immediate effect and you can keep the defective new phone you gave me and send someone to come and collect your loan phone.
