Incompetent service at an escalated price

The Internet service provided by smart village is at an extremely escalated price for a service that doesn't operate more than 4 days per week. They are happy to take a customers money and promise a service but when it comes time for them to deliver the service they are full of excuses as to why the Internet doesn't work instead of fixing the problems. On the rare occasion that the Internet does actually work it is of sub standard quality. For instance, if you are paying for a 1mb Internet line you will be lucky if it operates at half of its proposed speed, if it even works at all that is. Their call centre is completely incompetent and the type of response you get from them is "eish, can you put it off and on again and then we will see" like it's a fat joke that your Internet doesn't work. There overall service delivery and problem rectification system is an absolute joke. The company is a typical poorly managed company with no regard for customer satisfaction whatsoever. This has been going on for months now and the amount of money we have spent on phone calls with problems to them almost exceeds the price of the Internet line per month.
