I've seen your responce and am still not happy because you still want me to pay for a phone thats not working even after being your customer for so many years. It just shows how much you dont value 'us' the paying customers (contract). can you assure me that when I call 808 and cancel my contract I wont be made to pay any penalties? seeing that You've had enough of my money? I hope everyone that reads reports on hello peter will learn from my experience that loyalty for contract customers means nothing to mtn, we are just other 083's.
