VODACOM IGNORES CUSTOMERS

Due to the fact that I am not having any joy in resolving a previous complaint, I have requested that the Customer Care Centre supply me with the contact details of the CEO. This request has been ignored twice.
It is pretty obvious that VODACOM does not care about their customers I have now indicated to them that I will continue to request the CEO's contact information twice every day until such time as they supply it.
Anybody wishing to buy a cell phone or airtime will be well advised to try someone other than VODACOM!
