FNB INSTANT ACCOUNTING FAILS TO DELIVER

FNB Instant Accounting fails to deliver. It seems obvious that FNB has not provided the resources needed to enable smooth use of their Instant Accounting solution.

This is being used to gain new customers, and we changed banks to make use of it.

Despite repeated requests for FNB to get the service running properly - from us and our accountant, the service degrades every day. We run on fiber optic so the problem is that FNB has not provided adequate bandwidth for their service and they have done nothing to improve the experience.

Needless to say, we are so disappointed that we will be closing our FNB account, installing a commercial accounting package and dropping this useless solution.
