Waiting for delivery of my iPhone since Novembe

I applied for an iPhone 5 32GB contract online, I was called by an agent and we went through my application. She said they don't have an iPhone 5 32GB, but they have 16GB MODEL in stock, which I opted for. They debited my a/c the next day on the 29th November and told me I will receive the phone in 7 days time. 7 days passed and I asked what the problem is and they said delivery system was not working and will receive my phone latest on the 17th (they don't even call you to tell you what's wrong you make follow up yourself)
I then called today 17-12-13 wanting to find out if there is any progress and an agent (Busiswa) tell me there is a problem with my order and it has been escalated to management. Really? She again promises I will receive my device by the end of this week

I'm very disappointed with how they handle customers. I tried to follow up with their Twitter a/c to no help. They have debited my a/c and now see no reason to deliver. I'm sure they will more than likely be happy to debit it month-end without delivering my device.

This is BAD SERVICE
