Called the call centre 10210. Our internet was off for 2 weeks. Wanted to get discount for service not rendered. Each time i explain my problem i the operator cuts off the line or transfers me to another department who then subsequently after explaining my problem then proceeds to cut me off. I spent 2 hours on the call centre trying to resolve the problem. Up until today my problem is not resolved yet.
