Still no Feedback!! (Again)

I launched a fault report on my voice line and my ADSL line about a week ago! No feedback from Telkom, so I called the call centre on Friday (24th of January) promising me to send out a technician before the end of the day to resolve my problem. Till to date no technician to resolve the problem!! Called the call centre numerous times with no luck! The reference no is 1251CRK210114 . I feel the problem must have been resolved by this time! (Adding to the fact that their are plenty technician vehicles in my area) Kindly resolve my issue as mentioned above, because I am in need for my line very URGENTLY (both ADSL and voice)

Experienced the same problem around this time last year to!

I believe the problem will be resolved quickly!
