BIS deactivated without reason and not reconnected

I have had a contract with MTNsp for more than 2 years and have paid timeously each month.
I was told recently that the original contract "special" had expired and that the normal billing rates would apply going forward in terms of the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS). I have been paying this "additional" fee for the last 3 months. I queried a charge relating to the original discounted 24m contract - a promo service fee - and queried if I should still be billed for am amount if I'm no longer under the original contract - I have yet to receive confirmation for this removal/reversal of charges billed for.
Friday 12/04/2013 (midday) the BIS was disconnected without warning or cause.
Called the the 808 call centre with (ref 90957055) The call centre agent promised that he would log a request for reactivation of the BIS which would then take place in 2 - 24hrs.
Saturday 14h30, BIS still not active. Another call (reference 98984714) was told that there were no pending requests on my account for BIS reconnection. New request logged and another 2 - 24hr wait.
Monday 10h00 - still no BIS and my personal cost is rising due to no BIS services on my phone.
