Contract cancelled but still being billed

I cancelled a contract with MTN on the 9th of July 2012. On the contract one number was to be ported and the other cancelled. They acknowledged receipt of my request, and the number was ported, but the other number which was for a usb modem, has not been cancelled and I have been billed for it ever since. On 2013-04-04 I again made enquiries on the reason for it not been cancelled, and was told that I must proof that I requested cancellation, even though they have done the rest of the request which was send on the same e-mail. Again I forwarded them my original e-mail dated 2012-07-09 and their acknowledgement of receipt e-mail with reference no [#5420925]. I requested that they cancel the contract as per my original request and pay back the money they deducted from my account since. After having to forward my proof to several different people of MTN and explaining the obvious to them over and over again, nothing has been done as yet, a month later, and to beat it all, my account was again debited with the monthly fee after I received an e-mail on 2013-04-16 stating that the contract has been deactivated and send to the relevant dept for refunding. PATHETIC is putting it mildly!
