Dear Peter. i hve been with mtn for about four years. after i cancelled my contract phone and line 3 month ago MTN still billing me for the pass two months. the first happeningat campus square JHB when i needed a new contract sim card i was told you cant get one because the number in process of cancellation this was back in March my contracted ended in May 14th, good enough how ever at the end of June i got billed i then queried it and was told i did not cancel it within the 30 notice period, which clerly to me was it was cncelled because they could not issue me lost sim. i then cancelled the contract again (ref:100759639), still got billed at the end R59 extra in July, just to find that i will be billed again in July again. went to MTN cresta on the 29 July 2013 spoke to Salome their she told me that the contract was not cancelled and that their is nothing she can do after speaking to the call centre operater, telling that the 2nd August will be my last billing again a different amount still over my original agreement of R279. the original guy didn't get hes name that i spoke to back in may says i never spoke to him. She gave me the following Ref number:102510626.
