Repeated charges for reconnection and account pro

I have been charged repeatedly for a My. Account Pro account that I never subscribed to.
When i only paid the R99 that my contract specified (and not the extra charges for an account I never requested) they decided to cut me off and charge me a reconnection fee - FOR NOT PAYING FEES THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE BILLED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!
Since then they have repeatedly charged me a reconnection fee - I presume because I continue to pay only the R99 for my contract and not the extra fees for accounts and options I never requested.
I foolishly paid the extra reconnection fee in October - thinking it was easier to pay and get it over with.
In return I get a kick in the teeth and another two months in a row of reconnection fees being added to my invoice even though:-
1. I was never disconnected to begin with.
2. I never requested any reconnection.
3. I STILL refuse to pay one cent more than the R99 that my original contract states.
i have reached the point where I was willing to hand over the additional R99 per month for the next five months remaining on my contract even though I will never log on again or use any service for the duration.
Yes - I will throw away R500 to get rid of the
