Customer Service - Non Existence from Cell C

I once again write in the hope that at least Cell C will communicate with me the Customer. As promised by TK
on a weekly basis, I am still awaiting a telephone call or something in writing from Cell C. HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST ONE WRITE IN ORDER TO GET SOME SORT OF FEEDBACK- I wonder if a hundred times will even be enough?
Please TK - I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF NELLY CAN CALL ME TODAY, COS YOU MENTIONED THAT SHE KNOWS MY QUERY, AND SHE WILL GET BACK TO ME.
Like I mentioned before, I work in an accounts environment and the fact that I have received four messages just last week from the Recoveries department mentioning that I will be handed over should I not make payment must have come directly from the accounts dep who has instructed the Recoveries dep, as they can only act upon instruction from somewhere.
This matter is really frustrating me and I need closure as I DONOT APPRECIATE NASTY MESSAGES FROM
CELL C TELLING ME THAT I WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND THAT I HAVE BEEN ALREADY HANDED OVER TO THE LEGAL TEAM.
I donot have a problem to pay for my usage, but not for the Smart Data Usage which did not happen by me.
I hope, I at least have some feedback by TODAY AND NOT JUST EMPTY PROMISES
