MTN Samsung Pocket Cellphone/ TV Promotion

Did an upgrade on my cellphone for a higher package whereby I would receive a Samsung Pocket Cellphone and a Samsung 32 inch smart TV. Received the cellphone on the same day 22 March and was advised that the TV takes 5-10 working days for delivery. It is now over three weeks allowing for the Easter weekend and still no TV. When speaking to the cellphone dealer shop I was advised that they sent the request but quite simply Samsung did not get the email or the attachment with TV license. Surely when doing promotions stock should be checked and systems put in place to cover the promotions. I am now paying more for a Samsung pocket cellphone contract but no TV,
