On the 16th April 2013 I requested a Cell c representative to call me regarding pathetic network in my area.
They called me telling me what i should do. I had already told them that whatever they requested me to do, does not work. They then stated that they would hand over my query to the network team. I'm still waiting for the network team to call me? Is this how CELL C treats it's customers? They give you cheap rates but network services?
At night's i can't make out [URL Removed] is dead. No data, no voice services. Cell c needs to get their act together.if No further action is taken by cell c, i have no option but to write them up and then go to the consumer commission and ask them to get Cell c to terminate my contract WITHOUT any penalties. What's the use of paying for something and you can't freaken use it?
