I once again write on this site and sincerely hope that my problem gets resolved by someone at CELL C. As promised about 3 weeks ago, I still await a telephone call regarding my problem, BUT NEED TO STRESS THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM THE COLLECTIONS DEPT REGARDING MY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT WHICH IS THE ISSUE, BUT REGARDING RESOLVING THE ISSUE I STILL AWAIT A CALL.
I refer to the Nov Inv 1132653189 in which I was credited 50% on the Smart Data Internet Usage, although this was not used by me for the amt of R1 831.65 which then incorrectly went to pay for part of the Dec inv-
1139298879 which is still the problem. Someone from customer care mentioned that the 50% covers both these bills, and according to my calculations - NOV - R3 213.41 LESS 50% = R1 606.71 PLUS VAT
= R1 831.64.
Dec - R2213.76 LESS 50% = R1 106.88 PLUS VAT = R1 261.84- WHICH STILL NEEDS TO BE CR. I AM NOW FRUSTRATED, AS MY PHONE IS BARRED, I KEEP GETTING MESSAGES TO SORT OUT THE OUTSTANDING BILL, BUT NO HELP TO SORT OUT CELL C'S PROBLEM. MY SMART PHONE WAS BOUGHT FROM CELL C AND NOT SAMSUNG AND CELL C SHOULD NOW COME TO THE PARTY AND SORT THIS OUT.
I am now not even sure if Nelly still workS at CELL
