STILL NO RESPONSE-PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED

I once again write to complain that as promised by CELL C, I still await a response from Ngwakwana Nelly Mamotheti. During the week, I again made a telephone call to the customer care department and the lady there immediately sent an email to Nelly asking her to contact me regarding me being wrongfully debited for Both December and January. December did get resolved partly, but the issue is that the credit passed for December went for part of the January Bill which is also in contention.
Can somebody who is prepared to take ownership and help resolve this problem please contact me and refund me accordingly as just today - 21/02/2013, i have received 4 messages regarding the outstanding amount due
but nobody has the courtesy to contact me and sort out this HUGE MESS.
I now do not need empty promises, but action to now take place as my phone is barred due to apps being downloaded without me doing anything as i have a smartphone which I got from CELL C AND NOT SAMSUNG.
I now urgently await a response.
