STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM A GIANT NETWORK

I am now very very frustrated because as promised by TK, Nelly from CELL C was supposed to contact me as she was dealing with my problem, but to date I still await her response.
Just to let you know that last week however, the only communication that I received was two messages from Cell C - One telling me that should I not sort out the outstanding balance then I will be handed over
and the second one to tell me that should I not pay in the outstanding then my number will be Blacklisted.
What amazes me is this - How come I receive these types of messages, but no messages from the person who is responsible to sort out my query?
Please TK this matter has gone on far too long and I definitely need closure - FIVE MONTHS TO SORT OUT A REPITION PROBLEM - NO ROCKET SCIENTIST NEEDED TO DO THIS AS I WORK IN AN ACCOUNTS ENVIRONMENT AND KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
If Nelly cannot resolve this, then please get someone who can.
I donot appreciate the fact that Cell C wants to blacklist me, when the problem is on their side. Should this persist, then I will need to seek legal advice.
