Telkom ADSL and voice have been faulty for month

I use Telkom and I have a business voice line and business ADSL with them. Since mid December 2013 my line (voice and ADSL) have not been working.
I have logged a fault last year to which I received an SMS stating that the fault had been resolved. It Had NOT. We went into a Telkom store to no avail.
Friday 10 January I called the fault line and reported the fault. Was given a reference number. We stated that we are available on weekends and after hours (as we are desperate for our line to get fixed).
On Monday I called to check the progress. The person on the line stated someone had been send on Saturday. We were on site the whole of Saturday (11 jan) but no one arrived to resolve problem. The lady proceeded to inform me another technician had been sent on Monday (13 jan). No technician showed up. I have had to call from my cellphone and spent over 20mins per call (over 15mins to actually speak to someone. I have not been able to run my business, incurred extra costs on my cellphone and still have to pay for a Telkom service I have not been able to use for over a month. I never get an actual answer from consultant ad to when my service will be restored. This is unacceptable.
