No Line again. and yet a hefty bill

I have the following fault number on my line 977CTX080114. I previously wrote on hello peter and a week later our line was restored after 2 months without a line. we were privelaged enough to again have a line from 7 January to 17 January. So we were billed fro a line from 7 jan to 17 january and low and behold also from 18 jan to 17 Feb. WE DONT EVEN HAVE SERVICE. so a bill of R640.16.

Seriously. Seriously. You want to bill me in advance. For a service you are not delivering. PLEASE help. I am paying thousands in cellphone bills because we have no telkom line and now you want us to pay this amount.

Come on guys. Just fix the line... get your billing right.
