NO SERVICE / PHONE STILL DEAD AFTER BEING REPAIRED

1. On the 15 th of January 2013 we reported to Telkom that our phone line is dead - no service. On 15 Jan 2013 we received the following Fault Ref No. 178CNZ150113. On 18 January 2013 we received an sms from Telkom that the fault has been restored. However the phone was still completely dead - no service.
2. On 19 January 2013 we reported the phone again as dead - no service. On 19 January 2013 we received the following Fault Repart Ref No. 140CNZ190113. On 23 January 2013 we received an sms from Telkom that the fault has been restored. The phone however was still as dead as a door nail - no service.
3. On 23 January 2013 we reported the phone again as dead - no service. On 23 January 2013 we received the following Fault report Ref No. 1009CNZ230113. On 30 January 2013 we received an progressupdate stating that the job is in the hands of their tech repair division. UP TO TODAY WE ARE STILL WITHOUT ANY SERVICE AND OUR PHONE IS COMPLETELY DEAD. WE CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE ANY CALLS.
Each and every month i pay a service/rental fee but i dont get any service at all. Last year my phone was out our order from October 2012 up to the beginning of January 2013. Service is unacceptable.
