Line cancelled - still getting billed

I tried calling the helpline but on 2 separate occasions had to wait for an hour without the call being answered, My line was suppose to be cancelled on the 12th of Jan 2014 due to non delivery of service and incompetent staff/technicians. I called in on the 13th of December 2013 and spoke to Moses Maibelo. He confirmed that i had to give one month notice and the line will be cancelled on the 13 th of January 2014. He gave me the reference no. TOC 881292062

I now see a bill for January 2014 and December 2013 even though the ADSL has not worked from the 7th of December 2013 and the line was suppose to end on the 12th of January 2014.

Why has this not been done...
