Incorrect billing and failure to credit me

I signed for an upgrade contract on the 20/11/2012 for the MTN 100 top package, including free itemised billing, CLI and BIS total of R161.00 inc vat. Corporate Eskom package blackberry 9320

My account at the end of February 2013 was very high. I contacted and emailed Craig Hamilton at MTN corporate to query, he stated Mtn had loaded the wrong contract, not what I signed for. I emailed a copy of the signed contract.

He changed the package to the correct package. He also said all amounts would be credited for any amounts over R161.00, as from the signed contract date as the contract was a top up and should never have exceeded R161.00 pm.

I have continued to receive high accounts with no credits. I have tried many times to contact Craig and sent many emails with account details showing the over billing has continued. I requested a credit amount and a date when this will be done.

I have not received one call, one email from him. I have done a rough calculation MTN owes me over R1000.00. and couting. What more when they changed my package to the correct one. I received none of my free minutes and still no itemised billed.
