Ugrade - incorrect billing, MTN not honest

I upgraded to a R299 deal (Samsung S3 on My MTN anytime package in August13). To my understanding and what I was told, at the MTN store when signing the deal, that the charges are R299 for this contract for 24month, excluding the calls charges incurred after exhausting my free minutes. Now I have been charged more than the package charges. My Aug - Oct bills are incorrect. I agree with additional call charges and the once off upgrade fee charged in Sept.
Despite querying this with MTN I still haven't received a satisfactory answer on why I am being charged more that what I signed for. I am charged the R183 for a promo service fee and the subscription fee of R175. This is excluding the CLI and itemized billing and the total of these two is already more than R299
MTN is being dishonest, making us believe that we are signing for R299 charges when these other unexplained charges pops up once one has already signed the contract. I was asked to send a copy of the contract which I did, but there are no fine prints to explain these other charges. I have noticed today the Nov charges are close to R299, but have not got a credit yet for incorrect Aug- Oct bills. I need MTN to sort this ou
