More Terrible service from Telkom

I posted a complaint on Hellopeter last Thursday regarding the pathetic service I received from Telkom (https:///telkom/complaints/pathetic-customer-service-1061041), I received a automated reponse (which means nothing to me), I have still had no one contact me about this, so to re-cap:

1. When the guy came to install my FREE modem, he never brought one, he said he ran out?!?! I had to drive to Canal Walk and get one myself.

2. On installation of my line, the installation guy said they gave me a 2mb line, not a 4mb. which I tried to sort out the very next day (4th) and was told it would take 48hours. After 3-4 phone calls and a complaint report on Hellopeter on the Thursday the 11th, I received my 4mb line on Friday afternoon with no communication from telkom what-so-ever.

3. On Monday the 15th, I received a invoice for R2569, 15, because apparently I pay for this month (April) and next Month (May) in one shot- this was never explained to me at all.

4. I have been charged for the "FREE" modem and installation?!?!? I did call on Monday, no reply from Telkom yet?!?

5. I mailed Palesa [Email Removed] on Monday the15th, Still no reply.

Completely ridiculous service
