I moved to a new place where there is no cellular/ 3g network. I am a It professional and I am helpless without internet.

I decided to go with telkom and by getting an ADSL line from them. I register with them, and person call me after 3 days for line installation.

The person name was Allen and he came there without any modem or devices. In 5 mins he said your number is 0114473869. I asked him who will do the modem installation and all. He said you have do it yourself, if you face some issues call customer care.
I installed everything myself and internet was not working, I called customer care and the fault #"158crk300413" was raised.this was 29th of april and now its 2 nd of may EOD..no one giving me proper reply on that. Customer care says, fault has been assigned to technical team but no resolution and I have not been contacted by anyone.
