I CALLED TELKOM TO APPLY FOR A LINE THAT HAS TELEPHONE, FAX AND ADSL. SOMEONE CAME TO INSTALL IT LAST THURSDAY AND THAT WAS IT! I WAS ADVISED THAT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO FAX - I AM UNABLE TO FAX!!! I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND I WAS SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR A GOOD 30MINUTES TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE ABOVE TO THEM. I WAS JUST ADVISED TO BUY A LINE... WHICH I HAVE HOWEVERY I DO NOT KNOW HOW SHOULD I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET... WHEN I CALLED THE AGENTS ARE ASKING ME ABOUT A MODEM WHICH I HAVE TOLD THEM 50 TIMES THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE ONE - I DDNT RECEIVE ANY MODEM AT ALL. GOSH... I HAVENT EVEN STARTED USING THIS THING AND ALREADY THE PEOPLE FROM TELKOM ARE DIFFICULT AND ARE CLEARLY IN NO MOOD TO DO THEIR JOB. COULD SOMEONE CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT THE IS THE STATUS OF THIS LINE AND WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE IT.
