My contract has expired last month and i went in to the Canal Walk shop to personally cancel my contract. It has been a month later and my case has still not been attended to, i have just phoned the customer care line and they told me that they have not dealt with my case yet. I asked the lady whether i am still liable to pay for further subscribtion and she said yes, i think that this is really wrong because my 24 month contract with them is finish and i have personally cancelled my contract as they have requested, why must i still pay for a service that i do not want?
