Contract cancelled by my account is still billed

I had this contract with 8ta which expired 2 months ago. I called last month to tell them and the lady I spoke to told me that I will need to send an email to cancel the account. I did exactly that and the debit order went through again. When I call their customer care line the lady tells me that I need to go to a telkom mobile store. That is. Why was nt I told that the first time around. how the hel are you able to do telephonic application and when you dont want the contract have to look for a shop that you dont even know where to find. I dont even use the stupid phone and the number anymore. I dont know what is wrong with the but I want my money back. Whe am I supposed to continue paying for the service I dont even use. Every other network I have used you can cancel via email like the lady told me to and they just want to continue to use your money even when they know you dont use their service.
