I went into Vodacom at Canal walk in October to cancel my contract and also requested for a copy of my contract that i signed. Still waiting on a call or a email with regards to the copy of my contract and also today i find out my contrat has never been cancelled. My contract expired on the 3rd November and i got invoiced for it on the 4th. I gave my one month notice to cancel and still this has not been done. I went back to Vodacom in Canal walk and spoke to Mildred. According to her and Nathier (Supervisor) i am still liable for the invoice. Did i sign a 24 month contract or 25 month contract? If my contract expires on the 3rd that means i am out of contract and not liable for any invoices after that date. I requested for a copyof the cancellation docs i signed but according to Nathier he cannot assist me as i do not know the name of the lady who helped me the first time round. Also there is no notes to say i was instore so they cant help me. This frustrates me even more. I would like my contract to be cancelled and a credit to be passed for subscription incorrectly invoiced. Please contact me ASAP. As a consumer i will not stand and be a victim for Vodacom's benefit
