Hi there,

CAse No 5287824 handled by Tshepo and numerous other 8ta employees is still not resolved.

8ta never debited my account monthly and only for me to realise that my account has been suspended due to non payment. I feel that 8ta should've debited my account monthly as per agreement.
I've never had such poor service from any service provider in South Africa.

I've been unable to use my phone for more than a month, and every employee tells me a different story.

I NEED THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS ITS UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THERE SIDE AS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED BUT STILL NO PHONE ACTIVATION.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED AND FRUSTRATED.

If you cant resolve this before tomorrow afternoon, i will be handlng it over to someone who will be able to handle this.
