Service from bad to worse

For close to 4 weeks I have been making numerous efforts to get Cell C to sort out why I cannot access the internet and use BBM during peak hours.

A week ago I was assured by a Cell C representative who responded to my message on this site that my query was being looked into and someone would contact me, but to date, there has been no contact from Cell C, and my problem is still not sorted out.

In the past week I have also called Cell C's technical department, and they to were not able to help me.

I rue the day I ported to Cell C from Vodacom. I am anything but happy. I wish this contract could end already. I am unhappy and my frustration with the network has reached boiling point.

As consumers we should be allowed to terminate our contracts with service providers that provide a below par service. If there was such an option in my contract with Cell C, rest assured you would be a client less today.

What is even more frustrating is you will be happy to debit my account for your terrible service come end of the month.
