I have a 8ta data contract which expires next year. From March / April 8ta stopped debiting my account for the monthly premium and then handed me over to the debt collectors who listed me and debited my account for an amount of R149.70 when my premium if R199.00 per month. I pay my account via EFT and its up to date. To date, after numerous store visits and calls to 180, This issue has not been resolved and I am unable to attain finance. I expect to get feedback regading this matter and a letter stating that this was 8ta's fault and no fault on my side. This has gone too far and my credit profile is being negatively effected for 8ta's lack of competence.
