My data account has been suspended by the Service Provider 8ta/Telkom Mobile. I've contacted them regarding this and that they need to activate it again as my account has been debited on 30/09/2013 by them. They told me that I need to send them proof of payment. I try to tell them that I haven't made any manual payments to them and that they debited my bank account and that it is 9 days later is must reflect on the there side. They just keep on telling me that I need to send them proof of payment as it doesn't reflect on there side but on my bank statement it shows that the payment has gone off.
I also haven't received an statements from the Service Provider 8ta/Telkom Mobile for the last 5 months.
If my account was in arrears I would have picked it up when I've received my statements.
I've already cancelled my mobile cellphone by them due to bad service as it was a story to upgrade.
I was due for upgrade of my Data contract on 01/10/2013 already and it seems they are having problems.
I have also applied for an ADSL line for which I need to go pay a deposit which I think I will not do as the service is going to be just as bad.
