ACCOUNT SUSPENDED DUE TO TELKOM NEGLIGENCE

My account number 333980950 has been suspended Wednesday 22 January due to me owing them R6000 which is a problem i was certain was resolved in December to which i had spoke to a lady by the name of Shirlee who said to me that the problem will be rectified in 72 hours and gave me case no. 7265852.

Now the end of January comes and you guys just suspend my account due to your negligence I'm a top paying customer and not one person can resolve my problem I've been on the phone with your call centre day in and day out since the 22nd of January and everyday someone is escalating the case with no results.

I'm tired of hearing the same nonsense this is absolutely the worst service i have ever had not a single call back from anyone or a single sms as to what is happening I'm paying for an unlimited everything contract and not the unlimited problems.

I would like this problem resolved by the end of business Monday the 27th of January if not Telkom Mobile needs to recoup me for the troubles and time of my suspended account due to their negligence and putrid service.
