Telkom mobile are unprofessional and slow

I upgraded my phones with cell direct this year around April or May. They had called me so I agreed. I was told the upgrade was free. Anyway I get my mobile statement on the 02 September and it said was a bill for R1009.00 which was the R200 X upgrades and the bill for R609.00. I phone the call centre and queried it and they said the will log a case. This continued for 2 weeks, on the 19 September I get a call from Toy at the billing department apologising for the query not being resolved and advising that Telkom credited my bill for June which I had not been aware of. She advised that the debits had gone off for the month and I should put a stop order in my account and she smsed me the banking details to pay the R609.00 into telkoms account which I did on the 1st September 2013. On the 23 October I had my line suspended and I have been cantacting the call centre everyday but nothing has been done to resolve the problem. They have debited my account on the 25/10/2013 for R881.63 and my line is still suspended. I have 3 contracts with Telkom mobile and I can not use any one of them as all are suspended but Telkom has taken my money... lol. I am very disappointed at the BAD Service
