Charged for data I dont use!

Got a smart standard contract (R350.00 pm) end November 2012. December 2012 account was R 1200.00
on 9th January 2013 new account was R3750.00 i didn't use ANY data as the phone was to complicated for me (I-Phone 4) carried on using my blackberry. I phoned Vodacom and logged a complaint and asked them to investigate. February 2013 account was R4894.00 I phoned again and logged complaint. Up to date I have logged 5 complaints and phoned them numerous times to no avail. There IT department would have contacted me but nothing up to date. My current account is R10337.52 and its only 10 April 2013. Funny thing is the sim card has'nt been in the phone at all since 9th January 2013. How do I pay for something that I haven't used? I am not getting anything out of Vodacom except that their accounts department are now threatening to put me on ITC. How do I get them to investigate this matter and sort it out?
