Vodacom promises not met

Contract started in Aug 2012, sms bundle not activated. as of yet. Phone broke was given in for repairs Nov 2012, waited until January 2013, never phoned me back, went to them 3 January 2013, asked if insurance can replace waited for Vodacom to come back always saying we'll phone you, 3 Weeks ago insurance contacted me, said I can get phone For R5000-00 must pay 10% in still waiting for Vodacom, phoned them on the 12 April 2013 saleslady at branch said I'll phone you back in 10 minutes still waiting. Still paying for bundles and blackberry on a monthly basis.
