MyMTN data charges while full BIS active

In December 2012 I've noticed that my airtime credit has been used for normal data charges instead of the Blackberry Internet Service that I'm subscribed for. I've logged several calls but to date nothing has been sorted out. I'm expecting MTN to credit my airtime with the unlawful data charges and to refund my account with the additional call charges already paid.
Several calls were logged since mid December 2012 but to date, nothing has been sorted out. On Monday 14 Jan 2013, I received an email from MTN under reference number 6113506 stating "Kindly be advised that your request has been sent to our Corporate department to assist". On the same day I also spoke to Hansie Kekana at MTN Centurion who promised to follow this matter up and to keep me informed on the progress. Hansie kept his promise and kept me informed, however, on Friday 25 January 2013, he phoned me and told me that he is also not getting any joy from the corporate department. I told Hansie that I want the contract cancelled as this is breach of contract from MTN's side but he told me that there is no way.
What is MTN is going to do about this, as it seems that the CPA is only an act in name. Please help!
