3 Platinum Accounts-0 concern for Poor Signal'

Ive reported to Platinum desk the continued poor signal in my area, especially 3G consistency, from as far back as 2010.each time vodacom replies and asks me to report problems to another vodacom email and not hello Peter. We have 3 different platinum accounts on our premises and more than 7 different 3G modem data contracts. I reported the lack of signal and poor data coverage in my area and on my premises in November las year again. To date I am waiting for Network department to deal with our query and we are still waiting for the area tower to be upgraded since 2010. The 3G booster modems on the premises give full signal but poor data response and calls still cut randomly. Im tired of explaining the problem to Tom and Harry over and iver again, jumping between departments. If a supplier is unable to service an area they should be obliged to be frank about it instead of taking 10's of thousands MONTHLY under the false pretense that they can compete with 8ta or MTN coverage in the area. Ridiculous that I have to call back every 2 weeks to follow up on why there is no response. If Im quiet about it they suppose the problem sorted itself out... GREAT SERVICE VODACOM
