We have contacted Telkom on numerous occasions since the end of last year regarding the fact that our internet connection continues to drop, and they have still not sent someone out to fix our line.
Also, they have been charging us for a 4mbps line despite the fact that we were still running on a 1mbps line and this was only changed last week!!
We find their service appalling as we run a company and this greatly decreases productivity in the workplace.
